Naughty dog like "any other" studio lost people. Its normal. They are crown jewel of Sony and many seem to make an issue about it.
Do you know that ready at dawn (the order 1886) consists mostly ex-naughty dog veterans. Many people left to form their own studio. Or do you know Naughty dog lost lots of people while making uncharted 1 (people thought it wont work)?
