My thoughts Exactly, The PS2 and DS had some good other reasons outside of hardware power to be the best selling consoles/handhelds like games lineup, brand recognition (Nintendo is better known in handhelds than Sony), price etc. the PS4 has now a lot of those reasons (with the games lineup improving a lot now in 2015) and all the others almost secured as well.
