It is the same framerate as Driveclub
As for the black bars, true, it cuts some of it. It's still higher than 900p though... And more importantly it has a much better AA solution than Driveclub
So the answer is The Order 1886
Also my most anticipated game of 2015 but don't tell that to anyone or i'll get lynched
