I could see a Wii U price drop in May, that would be the ideal time imo.

Ya they will have their year end investor meeting sometime in late April/early May, that would be a good time to announce a price cut. Also having a somewhat big game like Mario Maker to coincide with it would be wise, perhaps a bundle as well.
