The Last Guardian is definitely coming back this year.

If Sony re-announces The Last Guardian, they will do it in E3 or PS Experience. The re-announcement will cause a lot of hype, so Gamescom and TGS won't make much sense. Sony will either open the first big games conference of year or end the year with the megaton.
