Guide button? You mean the home button? o.O I believe the PSP came around before the 360 and it had a home button. Why would someone get so worked up about a button like that? Most things usually have inspiration from other things. Otherwise people would be pissed about game controllers copying off the remote with buttons XD
The thing that pisses me off is when people went crazy about "Sony copying off Nintendo with rumble" and then they laugh and throw low blows when they took it out of the controller for the PS3. They complain about rumble being copied when now it's pretty much a standard today and will be laughed about if not included. There will always be a start, and what is started might become a standard....so no one should complain about copying.
