Oustrageously High of course.... My celebration for 20M on New Year (technically January 3rd) so PS4 couldn't hit 20M by Jan 17th if it hits earlier, that is why I said that would need to be 21M for the celebration at that time (not that I'm expecting it to hit 21M before January end).
