You mean like Bloodborne? The Order? Driveclub? Until Dawn? Knack? No Man's Sky? I don't think there's any shortage of new IPs.

Bloodborne is the reason I got a ps4. The order looks moderately interesting. I really can't fathom the popularity of naughty dog though. I played tlou for about an hour and was bored to tears. When drake ( I know it isn't drake but good luck telling them apart) started moving planks around I was done. I watched the ending on YouTube and laughed.  I can't believe  what passes for a compelling narrative nowadays.
