Best is entirely subjective, if making my mind up on what games are in the top 5 for 2015 wasn't hard enough, deciding which developers make the best games in a particular genre is even harder.
I think Sony or Nintendo has a lock on pretty much all of these areas, 3rd party developers can definitely be at that level too.
