I want to say Wart from SMB2 but that was his only game.. I think. And like 20 years ago lol..
1) The Villain Must have played a vital role in at least 2 Nintendo Games
-One MAIN game
2) The Villain Must Have been from one of Ninty's main Franchises, (Known by Most People)
-Super Mario Bros 2 is very well known.
3) If the Villain Has not appeared in a Game For the Last 10 years, They are disqualified, unless you state why the really deserve to be in the list.
-20 years ago but in an amazing sequel which defined Mario for generations to come. One of Mario's main series game that doesn't end with Bowser.
4.) Must be some sort of Boss/MiniBoss
-Final Boss
But for still around and reoccuring.. I'd love to see a new Mario game that the final boss wasn't Bowser. But I think he'll be back.... one day.
