There's no doubt physical is often cheaper than digital. It's something I struggle to get my head around as physical is the preferred format for me.
You usually get PC games for £30-35 on release here while the PS4/XB1 versions are £45-50. That's for physical. Online there's also generally £10 surplus added to console games versus their PC counterpart.
