This, I have a gaming pc more powerful than the next-gen consoles but I just don't enjoy playing games on it as much as consoles and I think it's likely because of the above reason. Only games I play on pc are exclusives (civilization, mmorpg's, moba's and rts games)
As others have said pc games are generally much cheaper, If you have the money for the inital investment and aren't affected by the above reason and all your friends aren't console gamers and you're not overly attatched to a console exclusive franchise then PC gaming is better. That's a lot of If's though
