Ground Rules:
1) The Villain Must have played a vital role in at least 2 Nintendo Games
2) The Villain Must Have been from one of Ninty's main Franchises, (Known by Most People)
3) If the Villain Has not appeared in a Game For the Last 10 years, They are disqualified, unless you state why the really deserve to be in the list. (Really Evil, In a ground Breaking Game, Ect.)
4.) Must be some sort of Boss/MiniBoss
