Hmm.. all my old  games work on my 360 and Wii? Whereas the Radeon 4850 stopped being able to play games that used Java in 2013 because AMD moved it to a legacy card status.  So yeah, I had to buy a new card just to play Minecraft... yay!

Well, you do realize that the wii lost its BC on newer versions right and the 360's BC isn't perfect at all? And I did say 1-2 generations so the wii cannot play n64 games that were bought on retail and the x1 cannot play 360 or xbox games but can PC play games from windows xp days in windows 8.1? Yep! And as for ur minecraft issue, idk what the exact issue is but from some quick googling, there is a fix?
