No. People would associate it with an old retro console. If you want to stick with the same name you really need to do it consistently and just go something like PlayStation 1, PlayStation 2, etc... If they were going to be coming out with the Gameboy 5 right now it would be fine, but "bringing back" the name Gameboy now is not going to magically bring back people who liked Gameboy (more likely that people who know nothing about it will say "I already had a Gameboy years ago...").
