No, you don't. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that the main game and DLC are from the same region. You can play it all on your main account.

That can't be true. I preordered GTA5 digitally and got dlc free, half million online, half a million offline. I don't have the money when i play on my main account. Whenever i play on my US account, there it is.
