Yet again their is no reason to believe it won't. Is it because you think the song doesn't fit the atmosphere of what was shown? It wasn't a dramatic emotional song, therefore it isn't going to be played in the background of a dramatic emotional montage of scenes. Its atmosphere did however have every bit of the feeling of exploration, and that's what the montage of the gameplay was showing.

The music could easily be used for a scene where a hero gains a source of inner power or enlightenment after being put down, but being motivated by some revelation. In retrospect, it screams the "never give up" cliche that appears during an anime action scene when the hero is losing, but remembers what he's fighting for.

I think the snippet they showed definitely does fit what was shown, which looks like a title screen. The full song though, and the point of this thread, absolutely does not at all fit that "here's a taste of what you can expect from this game" vibe at all. I don't think they'll use it at all in that sence, and will rather use it for dramatic moments like what I described, which hopefully means that the cutscenes will be as well choreographed as the scenes in Attack of Titan, because that would be a monumental step up from Xenoblade, as great as those were.
