No, that goes only for games like racing games where immersion is so important Because what you dont understand is : in a racing game, immersion is the most important thing after gameplay, driveclub has a good gameplay so with a much better immersion, it deserves more points.
30fps in a racing game doesnt impact immersion at such speed with a good motion blur, the proof that you are wrong is PGR : always at 30fps, still very good reviews.

Are you seriously arguing against a huge Metroid Prime fan that immersion only matters in racing games? Lol!
I don't need any other proof than my eyes: Mario Kart 8 1-2 players plays like a dream, but 3-4 players is horrible!
Nor do you need super fancy graphics to be fully immersed in a game.

Yes, a photorealistic immersion in a metroid prime game is nowhere as important as in a realistic driving game. Common sense
Wow, are you seriously comparing mario kart to driveclub ? They have 2 totally differents goals, Driveclub is fun and realism, Mario Kart is pure fun in a fantasy world

No, I'm comparing 60fps with 30fps in a racing game.
As for the bolded part, I'm not even sure if that is supposed to be sarcasm or if you really think that lol. The Metroid Prime games were some of the best looking games on their respective consoles, and they were all a solid 60fps.
