FF12 is a PS2 exclusive game.

10/10-2 were as well and the HD version came to PS3 and Vita, and now is coming to PS4 as well.

XB has nothing to do with this games.

 

Unless Sony secures exclusive rights, FFX HD being on PS only does not mean FFXII HD can't come out on X1. Just like Type-0 HD is coming out for XB1. FFX was originally published by SCEE in Europe and AU, so that might have played a role in the HD version being exclusive. That does not seem to be the case with FFXII.
