If Namco wants to put it there. While Monolith were indeed the developers, remasters are often not handled by the original developer. It would likely be farmed out to someone by Namco.

This is true at the same time Namco expressed they want the original team to handle it but doesn't mean they will go with want they want and more what what they think be easiest to make money. So likely PS4.

Honestly, I'd expect PS4/PS3/Vita. Easy cross platform and you hit the platform most likely to have the original fanbase.

PS3/PS4 are not easy cross-platform...
