I feel they care. Microsoft gets too much hate, but I think it's one of the best companies out there. They answered to feedback with XONE disastrous reveal, and they are still making up for it with stuff like monthly updates, good services and apps, good games, etc. Besides, Phil Spencer most of the time says rational things when he talks about Xbox as a whole, so I think he is a man to be trusted.
