No it isn't what we've been on about at all. In fact I went out of my way to say it's NOT about consoles/handhelds. It's a service that's going to be made available to billions of potential customers. It's NOT about selling consoles, it's about broadening the market for the PS brand. Why are you still not understanding such a basic concept?
