Based on these comments, I'm thinking Kirby won.

Screw Attack clearly has a bias against DBZ. They had Superman beat Goku....by using retconned OP Superman abilities vs. flawed mathematics based on the very first DBZ saga. And now they apparently have Kirby beating Buu. Dude, Buu could just nuke the planet Kirby is on then move on to the next one. In fact, that's something he *would* do (he did it against Goku and Vegeta). Or just turn Kirby to chocolate. So unless Kirby has teleportation powers to avoid a planet bomb or can just deflect magic to prevent him from being turned to food, then this is just another screwed up Death Battle.

Unless, of course, Buu won. Then I'll happily stfu

I don't accept it either.  Kirby won by combination of specific abilities.  Abilities that put up against Buu's abilities, would have Kirby won. Same with Goku V. Superman.  On paper Supes > Goku.  The only way Supes would win a match with Goku is if Supes flew towards the Sun as soon as Goku arrives.  Superman base power can be pummelled by say Batman in a metal suit.  One punch from Goku and kaboom, no more superman.

But, had they fought in the DBZ universe, Kirby wouldn't be able to scratch Buu.  Buu had been the ultimate power, way more powerful than Goku during their battle.  For instance, what power lvl would Kirby be if he were scanned for power lvl?  Certainly, Nintendo has never had Kirby lift giant debris with his power level alone.  Had Kirby been so powerful he could defeat Buu, he would accidentally be blowing things up on contact just by his sheer power alone.

Death Battles are a game of chess, not an MMA match.

'm assuming your talking about TDKR(comics)?

1.) its not canon, that ver of superman is weaker than the canon superman of that time.

2.) "IRC" Superman was weakened by tanking a nuke prior to that fight and green arrow shot a kryptonite arrow "during the fight" further weakening superman.

3.) Superman doesn't even want to fight batman.

4.) Superman walk out of that fight with a couple of bruises and bloodied lip while batman has broken bones and has to pretend that he died.

5.) If you want to use a battle between Superman/Batman where Batman actually won, Use the Red Sons but... a.) that is not canon b.) Batman used Lex Luthors plan.

No, superman with no sun light can do this. ('m using new 52 since its the new canon)

This is in Dr. Veritas lab, near the core of the earth. So SM basically bench pressed the earth for 5 days without his source of power and the only show of strain superman got is a drop of sweat.

That's not superman.  Jerry Siegel and Joe Schuster, that's the real superman.  There's only 1 Goku, by Toriyama, who is shot caller on DB canon, and you claim that this is Superman now?   So you're telling me that if we take Goku, the original Goku, the only Goku, and then face him with a Superman not even penned by the original creators?  Sorry, but when I say superman, I mean the original Superman, the same superman who was written and penned by the original creators.  The superman that could be pierced by nothing less than an exploding artillery shell.  This superman you have above is the bastardized love child of bad writing.  The orginal superman is the real superman and Goku just blew his head up.  Kaboom!
