About the custody thing, that can easily be prevented by not being a slut. (Goes for both males and females)
There's also this thing called protection. Use it.
Getting a woman pregnant is easily preventable and so is having sex in the first place. I do thing that women should have more rights in regards to their child though. Why? Baby grows inside HER body. Baby feeds off HER milk. The woman is chosen by NATURE to be the primary caregiver. It's not that crazy that the law does it as well.
