I want A.I!
Which also includes stuff like NPCs waking up going to work, having a launchbreak, driving to a super market and picking up their kids from school etc.
I want to be able to follow any NPC in games like GTA and see what his/her life is like and want all of them to have a different life. (obviously have a life generator like BL has a weapon generator that gives me what was it? "870 gazillion"? different lives
