I tried to login in FFXIV and they required me to create a new password that contained letters, number and symbols. Than, i went o link my Steam account to SE account and then they said i needed to enter my email to get the verification code.
I remember I used to use for numbers passwords and only had to put my log in and password and that was it. Now I have to use 8 characters mixing letters, symbols and numbers, have to put verification codes sent to my email, SMS or use tokens.
They want to make things safer, but to do this they are making things more complicated and not going to right route. It would be much easier if we remembered a four words sentences as password like ' my horse is brown ` than having to remember something like F4cK.%$@You.
