Sexism in Gaming

Wow....I really feel for pinup models (or models in general which we use as muses). I mean...they aren't fictional characters like Samus...who many didnt even know was a female until fairly recently. Strippers should really watch out as well...not only women but men as well. Not only them but pornstars. People will never stop objectifying the other sex...its primal, especially by virtue of our sexual nature. Trust me...women can be just as bad as us in strip club. The problem is no one ever talks about it.

Some people like...to be objectified, while some don't. They like to be looked at and a lot of people forget that there are many mentalities in this world.

I've heard women talk about men they would definitely get with based off of physical appearance alone in front of their husband. As I said...its primal...when the conscious button shuts off it happens. The question is can you keep it at a healthy level and not endanger the rights or life of another. Admiring is fine, drawing character is artistic experession and should be taken from no one.

Now if a man said a woman is worthless unless she puts out...thats sexist. Objectifying a person is not healthy for a professional relationship as well. It takes away the respect one would have for another had they been taken seriously in the first place. A chauvinist male is sexist. 

Friends with benefits is a form of objectification....so....where is the sexism in it? As I said its purely primal. It has nothing to do with respect, just pure blind attraction with no depth.

Yeah, you clearly don't get what sexism is all about. It's a part of our society, and how we view females (and more specifically, their bodies). I look at the ladies. I can't help myself. But that's not sexism. Sexism is the portayls of wmoen, mostly in media. We show off their half naked bodies, having them moan as if having sex when they uses that shampoo in the ads, having them stand in awkward positions in a movie/ad/comic/game scen just so they can show of more of their ass and tits for the viewer. THAT'S sexism, and has nothing to do with us being animals and primal behavior.

EDIT: I couldn't find that video I mentioned, which really is a shame - it was great! It talked about potrayls of women in comics, and it tought me a lot.
