I pretty much agree with most of what you said, except that I don't have much experience with the XBO's UI, and I've only used it's gamepad a few times. I disagree completely with you're opinions on the gamepad, however. I actually prefer digital triggers to analog ones, as there is no squeeze delay, and I feel that the analog placement is more preferable.
