What Would Be The Biggest Meltdown In Japan: DQXI for 3DS or MH5 for Vita? (Both Exclusive)

why can't they just make a PS4 version of MH and DQ? And then a 3DS version of them too? Or the same but with Vita versions instead of PS4. I just don't get why 90% of Japanese games have to be exclusive.
