I honestly would be surprised if DQXI is multiplat on 3DS/WiiU/Vita/PS4.
The creator hinted that it would be on a console but I just think it would be a poor choice not to release it on 3DS as well since it has such a significantly larger install base and had a strong DQ fanbase from the remakes that released on it.
