nah it's not much of a murder simulator

from what I saw in the trailer/heard from the statements of the devs there is no planing or preparation involved, only going out and shooting who/what you want to shoot, yet afaik that's manslaughter and not murder

"Murder is the unlawful killing, with malice aforethought, of another human, and generally this premeditated state of mind distinguishes murder from other forms of unlawful homicide (such as manslaughter)"

According to this definition going outside with the intent of killing people because you hate all of them is pretty much spot on murder.

But I wouldn't call it a simulator. This is all dumbed down to simple game mechanics which would make this game more of an arcade.
