Xponent, there is penaltys. crash damage would be cool, but who likes doing 50 laps and then just taping another car and you have to restart the race because your car blew up. also the crash damage in other racers is usually so unrealistic anyways. stuff does break on cars its not just the body that cracks up. anyone else see it like this?
