The U.S. government has never banned a video game before, and I'm fairly confident it won't start with some obscure Polish knock off of Postal. And if they tried it, the bitchslapping the Supreme Court would give them would make Hatred look like Barbie Horse Adventures.

They don't need to ban it outright. They could just strongarm Steam to remove it again. That would be pretty close to a ban.
