Well, seeing as some PC's are vastly superior to the xbox one and by the end of the life cycle of the xbox one, most might be, this wouldn't make much sense. Then take the fact that most of the games on xbox one are on PC already and for much cheaper, it would work as no more than a screen mirroring app, to what would usually be, a smaller screen.
