Well.. speaking of shutting it down..  sony is about going to sue everyone who is publishing info about it... so this will be very interesting in terms of freedom of speech, corporate power and the way we gain information.. cause what if they really find something unethical in those files?

They'd have one hell of a time getting a judge to go along with that. Once that stuff is released, it's in the air. "Confirm destruction of material", as if.
