Far from it, for all you know China will be just like much of Europe where PS4 out sales Xbox 10-1. All we know now is the Chinese dont overly care about xbox, which would be inline with majority of the world.
Chinease are incredably brand specific and image concious, xbxo is a weak brand they will not gravatiate towards it. Whiel PS is the leder of its market, id bet you right now PS4 will be a far bigger success there then xbox based on that alone.
