Not on PS4. PS4 doesn't have ps1 and PS2 games for some reason. (can't handle the graphics) 

Then I guess Wii U cant handle 64/GC graphics.

I dont have a PS4 but id assume it would have the same content as PSN on PS3. Then again... the Wii U eshop....
