Yep clearly they both look the exact same.

the diff in those pics remind me of the GTA V PS4/X1 comparison. It's like the same gap between them is now the gap between PS4 and PC high end.

A mid end PC could run that.  WIth a budget of 450-600 dollars it can happen. Doesn't need to be high end. PC hardware is limited by the devs. Not the consoles. A game done exclusively for the PC, tailored towards high end hardware could make it look as if you were comparing a Dreamcast to a PS4.

more like a budget of 800$. There is a thread on reddit about how to built a PC for the price of a console and get as good if not better performance. I read through it and it's hilarious because every PC set up they make that would be powerful enough to do things a little bit better than a PS4 costs 800$ plus.

As I said I didn't notice the difference until you pointed it out and if I was playing the game I certainly wouldn't. I see you are finding it hilarious the reactions on GAF. I'm glad you're enjoying those because with games like GTA you'd want a little something to enjoy after being Paddy last to get the game. GTA is one of my fav series ever. I can't imagine haven't to wait that long to get it.

EDIT: Just so you know I've a pretty powerful PC for my work and it cost almost 3 grand 2 years ago. If I really cared about something I barely notice and if getting many games late or with terrible optimization didn't bother me I might actually use it for games. Oh and I'd need to move it ou of my work room and connect it to my 55" TV in the living room.

I've also got a very good alienware and don't game on it either. I said this a while back and somebody asked for pics. I'm getting the Sony Z3 for xmas so i'll be able to take pics of them then. Makes me laugh when people with less powerful PC's than me try and brag about a game on the PC. It's like I couldn't do what they do and probably more if I wanted.
