MGS 5 PC vs PS4

My biggest gripe seems to be somewhat fixed, the draw distance on PC seems much better.
Ive literally failed missions because shit wouldnt load quickly (3+ secs) when scoping in. Seriously when Im sniping 2 guys in quick succession I cant have one not load for me.
