Sigh. I haven't made up anything.
Here is what I am saying:
1. Sony doesn't give us anything, we pay for a service.
2. The value of that service is far closer to the $50-100 per year we pay, than it is to the ridiculous value in the OP.
3. Nonetheless for regular gamers the service remains decent value.
As part of our discussion I have also said that:
1. The best games provided under the service thus far have been on the PS3.
2. The very games people point to to justify the service, are those most likely to have already been purchased at a higher price point.
You seem to be arguing with someone who is saying the service does not represent value for money. That person is not me.
