- what I meant is how is this design any good? You'd have a lot of game icons that are just game installs. On ps3 the game installs are hidden under the "game data" category not on the front hub. So say if I own a lot of games and want to find a specific game I have to scroll right through all the game installs just to find an actual game sometimes a game is stuck in between. It's a terrible ui design. It is similar to the vita. - Where did I say anything about not knowing the updates? - Download history that are recently downloaded. I can not find my purchase history. Of PS4 games that I "purchased " when I had ps plus on ps3. - That doesn't seem to work on all games - I was wondering where was the ps classic games (they do not exist). Or course I'm not forced to play far cry. If I'd play that I would on pc but i dislike most ubisoft games especially ac and far cry. I was saying that they probably removed the feature so we are forced to use their terrible ps now service instead. Unless they would have a subscription plan for that service it is going to flop hard. The prices on it are outrageous. |
Game installs??????????? All your games installed shows, not archives not install games. I sincerely see no difference between this and PS3 besides one scrooing sideways and the other downway (on PS4 as said you can choose how many games it will show on it). Anyway I don't see how PS4 would be the worst ever for it when it didn't even existed prior to gen 7th. So it is better on it than any other system prior. And in no previous to 7th gen you could just choose from games installed on the console besides the 1 or 2 special games they preinstalled. And if you are worried about starting a game fast you can always just insert the disc and it will start.
Why would you be able to see the games bought/downloaded on PS3 if they aren't playable on PS4? It would create more confusion than anything else.
Have worked on all the games I tried. But that is dependant on the developer. The system is capable of play while install, but the dev must order the data in the right manner, so I don't see Sony fault on it... and that certainly is a feature no other console/computer/mobile had that prior to it. So I don't see how can it be the worst ever by having it and maybe some devs not using it.
As far as I know they are releasing PS1 games on it, maybe it will take some time... I don't bother with downloading most of them since I played already and have the original system and game to keep playing as I think for it to be worth everything must be in the same enviroment. The feature weren't available on the reveal, E3 or release so you can't accuse them of removing it, you may complain about it not having it. PS3 didn't had PS1 digital games altough it plays disc based. PS2 just worked on beggining of gen PS3 HW and we have little PS2 games available on PS3 without being an HD remake. And I fail to see how PSNow being not interesting to you makes the system the worst ever.
So if you think they were truthfull in the way you exposed them you weren't. Mostly were wrong, ill informed, not factual or irrelevant to the console itself. And well, it is hard to imagine PS4 being the worst system your ever had.
