Nintendo shouldn't release a new console earlier than PS5.

I actually think waiting to release Wii U in 2013 would have been a better idea. Release Nov 2013 with a single sku costing $299 and Nintendo Land bundled with it alongside Wind Waker HD+Super Mario 3D World as launch titles. Then they had Donkey Kong+Mario Kart in the first half of 2014, Hyrule Warriors/Bayonetta 2/Smash Bros/Amiibo/Captain Toad in the second half. The point is they would have released at a slightly lower price and actually had some big hitting software released in its first year.

Ya it would still be in last and not selling amazing numbers but they likely wouldn't have gotten off to such a slow start and had to deal with constant bad press claiming Wii U has no games/Wii U is doomed.
