The campaign doesn't look like the others. It's more like an infiltration game than a war one like KZ2 and KZ3. I would say that it looks more like KZ: Mercenary in the campaign: lone wolf with a lot of high tech gadgets.

The MP looks more like KZ2, and that's good. It's more like a war simulator, you play as a team or you will get destroyed and classes do matter a lot. KZ3 was more like a regular team deathmatch shooter. I would say SF MP edges KZ2 one because KZ2 sometimes was too hardcore and things became a PITA. SF just puts that little, little bit of KZ3 flexibility in there and, in my opinion, achieves the best balance and the best MP in the series.
