There wasn't a need for the brackets commentary then.

As i said though, they were pretty clear in the MK8 article that it was hardly an issue. In this article they simply mentioned that, with the exception of MK8, the frame-rate here is "completely horizontal", as is standard for many of their games. Regardless to how small the issue with MK8 was, even a 1 frame drop (well, duplicate in MK8's case) puts it outside of "completely horizontal", thus they made a note of it.

That's hardly what i'd call "bitching". They're just being exact in their wording; they do it regardless of the game in question.
