The 360 catches the most flack on the forum but you wouldn't be able to tell by the constant and endless whining from owners of a certain Sony console. I call it Sony Selective Memory Syndrome or SSMS. Signs of SSMS are:

1. Complaining about paid exclusivity

To be fair, Sony didn't have to moneyhat 3rd parties during the PS1 era because both Sega and Nintendo screwed 3rd parties (Nintendo by leveraging their market position to charge extortionate fees and Sega by dropping support of the Saturn). Sony also didn't have to moneyhat during the PS2 era either because their market position was so strong. Prior to this generation, Sony had no reason to pay for exclusivity.

2. Complaining about the competition stealing 3rd party franchises from Sony

Life's a bitch.

3. Calling the 360 a FPS console when the PS3 has next to no JRPGs

What would a lack of JRPGs on PS3 have to do with the 360 being the FPSbox? And how do the sales of JRPGs on 360 compare to Halo3 or CoD4?

4. Citing hardware failure as reason for supporting Sony inspite of the DRE and overheating issues of PS1, DRE of PS2, dead pixel and square button failures of PSP

The failure rate on the PS1, PS2 and PSP were all <5%. By conservative estimate 360 failures affect >16% of owners (the figure doesn't take into account how many times each of these owners has been affected). The situation is not even remotely comparable.

5. Citing a future release a reason the PS3 will return domination then saying that very game is unimportant when domination doesn't occur

I'll let you know as soon as they release one of their big franchises. So far GT5P is the only thing that comes close.

6. Deriding the competion for being unoriginal and copying while forgetting that is what Sony has down since they entered the industry

Nintendo fans often cite motion controls, head-tracking and a certain fitness game as examples of how innovative Nintendo is, conveniently ignoring the fact SCEE incorporated all of these things into the last generation with the Eyetoy.

Sony's contributions to gaming are myriad and your denials won't change that.

I call this Anti-Sony Selective Memory Syndrome or ASS MS. Stick that in your sig, starcraft!

OT: I can't believe people are saying that $20 for 10 hours is a rip-off. That's longer than Uncharted, Gears of War, Halo 3, CoD4 and numerous other full price games that have been released this gen. That's a f'in bargain.
