After SFV, do you think Silent Hills will be exclusive to PS4 or at least not on X1?

I'm not surprised Silent Hill wasn't announced for Xbox. Silent Hill has always been on PlayStation consoles. Not every Silent Hill game went to Xbox though. Maybe Kojima has a slight bias against Microsoft. I can't say full on because otherwise, none of the Metal Gear games and Silent Hill games on the 360 would have went to Xbox.
