I wouldn't too, but at a factual level it means, at the very least, take-two intend to release a video game called agent as some point.
They've owned the trademark for many years, and they have to prove they are making a commercial product out of it, otherwise USPTO will take away the trademark.
If agent was dead in the water, take-two would have no reason to keep renewing and extending the trademarks.
And we know they are showing some form of evidence to USPTO that agent is intended to be a product.
So believe..
