Sony have considered bringing GT to the PC a couple of times. The original GT was almost released on PC and a PC only game called GT professional was planned at one stage.

But now is the best time to actually make a GT for PC, when PC is making so much profit it's ridiculous.

A free-to-play GT, with cars being sold digitally and with ingame advertisement it could be the highest profitable game from the entire Gran Turismo series.

Never gonna happen, these days theres just no point with the way pc gaming piracy is. The piracy of the pc version would hurt PS3 GT sales.
