But PES has sold well on Xbox in the past. Maybe that could happen again if MS took exclusivity. Hence... that's my point. Anyhow, I don't think MS and Sony are interested in pushing PES over Fifa. Maybe PES needs to gain traction before they even consider making a move like that. |
Really.... sold well in the past..... those days are long gone my friend and if MS cared about them they wouldn't be paying for Fifa deals. They obviously care more about Fifa X1 selling 25% of the PS4 sales instead of 20% of it's sales.
Sony don't seem bothered about pushing either because with MS pushing FIfa it still gets outsold like 4:1 next gen and 2:1 last gen. Pes is a diff kettle of fish with a massive 13:1 ratio. My point is Sony don't need to do anything but if they want to create a rival to Fifa on the Playstation again they could back PES. PES is now better than FIfa gameplay wise (widely accepted) so a PS4 bundle and advertising is the best chance it would ever have at gaining traction.
My other point you also keep ignoring is that if they did this and it worked, Sony would then have a very good and popular football game exclusive. I know you will ignore that point and say but "MS can afford it too". Yeah they can but if it went Xbox exclusive the series would literally die. Big difference.
