Not in quality, not in numbers, and not in variety. 

 

It's lacking in awareness.

Vita had indies,niche japanese games and late ports.

for indies people prefer to play them on pc or smartphones,isn't indies more expensives on vita then pc and smartphones,as for niche japanese games they only attract a small audience that are fans of Japanese culture and for late ports people already bougth them on other consoles.
